MY CARD HASN’T EXPIRED; WHY IS IT BEING REPLACED?

We continuously look to improve our partners, technology, and back-end processes to serve our members better. This Debit/ATM card update is part of that process. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause.


WILL MY NEW CARD LOOK AND WORK THE SAME?

Beginning June 24th, your new card will work in the same way as your old card. Your new card will look slightly different, with all information (name, card number, and expiration date) shown on the back instead of the front. 


WHAT IF I HAVE AUTOMATIC DIRECT DEBITS ATTACHED TO MY CURRENT CARD?

Any recurring payments tied to your debit card will not work after June 23rd. Please remember to update your card information anywhere it is stored (Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, etc.)


HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE NEW CARD?

Call 866-985-2273 to activate your card and set a PIN.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A NEW CARD?

Please call 888.2DIRECT and we will be glad to help you. You can also send us a Secure Message through Online Banking.

When you activate your new card you will set your PIN.
