Direct Pay offers you more than the ability to pay your bills from one simple-to-use site.  It provides you with the new convenient option of receiving and viewing your bills online.  With this new option you can request a bill to be sent in electronic form (called an e-bill) to your Direct Pay account rather than waiting for your paper bill to be mailed to your home. What’s more, you can automatically schedule the e-bill for payment based on your own pre-set rules.  And, you’ll continue to experience the easy and secure 24/7 access to your bill pay information.  Direct Pay allows you to:  

• Pay all of your bills online from one convenient and secure location,
• Request an e-bill be sent to your Direct Pay account,
• View your e-bill prior to scheduling a payment, or
• Automatically schedule an e-bill for payment based on pre-set rules,
• Request email alerts for bill arrivals, due dates, and upcoming payments,
• Run payment reports and create custom reports,
• Track your bill pay history – see who you paid, the date and the amount,
• File your e-bills for up to 12 months, and
• Purchase a year-end CD of bills and payments.

How much does Direct Pay cost?
Nothing, Direct Pay is a free service when you have your Checking Account at Direct Federal.

How Do I register for Direct Pay?
If you already have a web banking passcode, simply log in to web banking and click on the “Pay Bills” button and then continue to the registration link.  Click here to register for Direct Pay.

When Can I Start Using Direct Pay?
Immediately after registering you can start using Direct Pay.
